We request that you complete the following form, making a complete description of the lost item(s), including what can differentiate it from other similar items. Additionally, it indicates the time, flight number and place where you could have been lost.
It should be kept in mind that in the event that the lost or misplaced object has been inside the plane, is the airline you should contact, since these items are not delivered to the Airport Concession.
The Concessionaire Company will keep lost objects in the warehouse. (that you have found or received) during a period of 03 (three) months where their respective owners can claim them. After this period, the objects will be delivered to the Municipality of Punta Arenas., who will have the power to auction unclaimed objects.
Finally, If the lost items are identity documents (ID cards or passports) These will be kept for a period of three months.. If after said period they are not claimed, These will be delivered to the Chilean Investigative Police (PDI).
